Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of May, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-8502 pending in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which Charles N. Brown and Joan B. Brown are the Plaintiffs and Michelle L. Morales, now known as Michelle L. Custodio, Ronald A. Custodio and Florida Central Credit Union are the Defendants, the Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the below described property at public sale online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com., on the 10th day of June, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., to-wit:
Lot 6, Block 2, Colonial Acres, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in
Plat Book S, page 45, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
