NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on June 11, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described real property.
Unit 133, JAMAICA WAY CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 973, Page 499, et. seq., as amended, and according to Condominium Book 7, Pages 84A through 84G, as amended, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto

Commonly Known As: 1750 Jamaica Way, Unit 133, Punta Gorda, FL 33950
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 14-0092 CC, Jamaica Way on Charlotte Harbor Condominium Association, Inc., Plaintiff vs. Parkway Motor Inn, Inc., Defendant.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
