A STRIP OF LAND LYING EASTERLY OF THE EASTERLY PARCEL LINES OF LOTS 10, 11 AND 12, BLOCK D, BAY SHORES SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, AT PAGE 49 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND WESTERLY OF THE WESTERLY SHORELINE OF AN EXISTING CANAL, LAKE AREA LYING IN SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 40 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND WITHIN THE EASTERLY EXTENSIONS OF THE NORTHERLY AND SOUTHERLY LOT LINES OF SAID LOTS 10, 11 AND 12, BLOCK D.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
