NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 5, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-882-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and MARIO DORIA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 A.m. at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 4 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 92, WATERWAYS OF NAPLES, Unit Three, according to the plat thereof, of record in Plat Book 31, pages 35 through 38, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
Subject to restrictions, reservations and easements of record, common to the subdivision, if any, and taxes for 2005 and subsequent years.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
