NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, Case No. 2010-CA-001035, in which JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and James E. Wuschke, Maria P. Wuschke, Reflection Lakes at Naples Master Association, Inc., and Third Federal Savings and Loan Association n/k/a Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland, are Defendants, the undersigned Clerk will sell to the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida:
Lot 51, Reflection Lakes At Naples - Phase 1A, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 42, Page(s) 80 through 93, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
A/K/A: 14443 Manchester Drive,
Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 am on the 4 day of JUNE, 2014, the sales are held in the lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
