NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5 day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-003089, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and RUTH GRIFFIN GRANDE DOMINICA AT THE GRANDE PRESERVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. THE DUNES OF NAPLES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RUTH GRIFFIN IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 4 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1101, GRANDE DOMINICA AT THE GRANDE PRESERVE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3314, PAGE 1326, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
