NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6 day of May, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-002612, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK is the Plaintiff and ARTURO MARTINEZ A/K/A ARTURO L. MARTINEZ COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANK OF ATLANTA JUBILATION COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. REFLECTIONS AT JUBILATION, INC. STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE SUNTRUST BANK REYES C. MARTINEZ MELISSA TORRES A/K/A MELISSA MARTINEZ UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ARTURO MARTINEZ A/K/A ARTURO L. MARTINEZ; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELISSA TORRES A/K/A MELISSA MARTINEZ UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 4 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 8, BUILDING 54, REFLECTIONS AT JUBILATION, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3096, PAGE 1624, AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
