UNIT 216, ST. CROIX AT PELICAN MARSH, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3776, PAGE 2841 THROUGH 2974, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUCBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
commonly known as: 4710 SAINT CROIX LANE, APT. 216, NAPLES, FL 34109-3538; at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on JUNE 4, 2014, beginning at 11:00a.m., in the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Naples FL 34112, on the prescribed date.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
