NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 7, 2014 in Civil Case No. 11-2013-CA-001914-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and ADRIANA R. KAUFFMAN;UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ADRIANA R. KAUFFMAN; AUGUSTA COURT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AMERICAN GENERAL FINANCE OF AMERICA, INC. are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on this 4 day of June, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
