NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 26, 2014 in Civil Case No. 09-8528-CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-11T1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-11T1 is the Plaintiff, and MERLE CLARK; JOAN CLARK; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on this 4 day of June, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
