NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the County Court in Collier County, Florida, will on the 4 day of JUNE, 2014 at 11:00 am at Collier County Courthouse, in the Lobby on the 3rd Floor, Hugh D Hayes Annex, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situate in Collier County, Florida:
Condominium Unit No. 279, of Quail Roost Unit II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1140, Pages 1078 through 1165, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto according to said Declaration, and subject to all provisions of said Declaration, together with any amendments to date thereto.
Pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the above style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property of the owner of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
