The administration of the estate of LEO VALLIERES, deceased, whose date of death was December 17, 2013, is pending in the Collier County Clerk of the Court, Probate Division the address of which is 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 102, Naples, FL 34112-5324.
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate, including unmatured, contingent or unliquidated claims, upon whom a copy of this notice has been served are required to file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY DAYS (30) AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
