NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012CA007355AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein GMAC Mortgage, LLC is the Plaintiff and Kevin C. Chylinski a/k/a Kevin Chylinski; Raina O. Chylinski; Ocean 18, LLC; Chase Bank USA, National Association; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; John Tenant and Jane Tenant whose names are fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 28th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK F, BAYSHORE GARDENS, SECTION 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREFOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 5 THROUGH 7 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
