NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 5, 2014 and entered in Case No. 41-2013-CA-005661 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-PR1 TRUST is the Plaintiff and RICHARD N. TURNER A/K/A RICHARD N. TURNER JR.; ROBIN D TURNER A/K/A R. DENISE TURNER; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER OF WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL BANK; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPT. OF INTERNAL REVENUE; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 5th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
