NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 16, 2013, in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 157, OF LEXINGTON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, AT PAGE 155 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. Also described as 5711 114TH Drive East, Parrish, Florida 34219.
shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 28th day of May, 2014 on-line at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) at www.manatee.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
