NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2014, and entered in 2012 CA 002692 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-12 is the Plaintiff and PAUL H. BARGER; BRENDA K. BARGER; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 AND #2 are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on June 10, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK A, COLONIAL HEIGHTS REPLAT, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
