NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 006361, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and SEAN D. MCNULTY A/K/A SEAN MCNULTY; KIMBERLY MCNULTY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; RIVER PLACE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 19 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 161, OF RIVER PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, AT PAGE 173, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
