Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated April 30, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 2012 CA 006207, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and TRACY F. SCOTT, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 10 RUBY`S LAKEVIEW SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 75 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY,FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 30th day of September, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
