NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of February, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-005342, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES (FHAMS 2005-AA5), BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT is the Plaintiff and JAMES B. MANZANO; LEXINGTON HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; RBS CITIZENS, N.A.; CHRISTINE MANZANO A/K/A CHRISTINE J. MANZANO and UNKNOWN TENANT(S)IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 10th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 306, OF LEXINGTON, A SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 155 THROUGH 172, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
