Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
A parcel of land lying in parts of Lots 11 & 13, LILLY'S SUBDIVISION, more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the NE corner of Lot 11 of Lilly's subdivision as recorded in Deed Book 250, Page 84, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, said corner being on the Westerly R/W of a 30' road; thence S 6 deg. 30'00”E, 90.39', thence S 89 deg. 57'00”W, 89.60' for a P.O.B.; thence S 4 deg. 48'00”E, 120.10'; thence S 89 deg. 54'00”W, 93.95'; thence N 2 deg. 23'38”W, 119.80'; thence 89 deg. 57'00” E, 89.60 ft. to the P.O.B., lying and being in Section 31, Township 39 South, Range 19 East, Sarasota County, Florida, SUBJECT TO a 30-foot ingress and egress easement along the N'ly boundary of the above-described property. Less and except that portion deeded to Sarasota County for road right-of-way in Official Records Book 2872, Page 178 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, with the foreclosure sale to be conducted via the internet, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on June 6, 2014. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
