YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following described property:
Unit 402 of VISTA BAY POINT, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2004063935, and any amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 36, Page 41, 41A through 41M, inclusive, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Together with the Right of Use of Parking Garage Number GA-04 and Storage Unit Number BS-A04 as Limited Common Elements appurtenant to the above referenced Condominium Unit.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Plaintiff's attorney, Kelly M. Fernandez, Esq., Persson & Cohen, P.A., 6853 Energy Ct., Lakewood Ranch, Florida 34240 on or before thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff s attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint.
