NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 5, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 007511 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSETS SECURITIES CORPORATION, 2004-GEL3, is Plaintiff, and THOMAS C. GAITHER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 28, Block 265, 1st Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 29, 29A through 29J, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO covenants, restrictions, easements of record and taxes for the current year.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
