NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2014, and entered in 2013 CA 005030 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and DIRLEI DEOLIVEIRA; STELAMAR DEOLIVEIRA A/K/A STELAMAR DASILVA DEOLIVEIRA; UNKNOWN TENANTS N/K/A ROSALINA MUNOZ; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on May 28, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 317, OF KENSINGTON PARK UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 71 AND 71A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
