BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF BLOCK 64, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT NO. 3, JOHN RINGLING ESTATES, INC., LIDO BEACH DIVISION B, AS PER PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 207, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN NORTHERLY ALONG WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF BLOCK 64, A DISTANCE OF 182 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN EASTERLY 160 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTHERLY 70 FEET; THENCE WESTERLY 160 FEET TO THE WEST SIDE OF BLOCK 64; THENCE SOUTHERLY 70 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
