NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2014, and entered in 2011CA008951 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC., is the Plaintiff and LISA HOPKINS; JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; SYLVAN LEA ASSOCIATION, INC; TENANT #2 N/K/A JOHN SILVERSTEINE; TENANT #1 N/K/A COURTNEY DILLMAN are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on May 29, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK A, SYLVAN LEA SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 22, 22A THROUGH 22C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
