NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 13th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 000652 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2006-EMX4 is the Plaintiff and CHARLES DAVID MOORE A/K/A C. DAVID MOORE; TANIA MOORE and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 10th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 498, DESOTO LAKES, UNIT NO. 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
