NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2012 CA 002015 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and SUSAN L. GADD, CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A PATRICIA HENSON, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION # 2 N/K/A CHARLES HENSON are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 5th day of June, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

All those certain parcels of land situate in the County of Sarasota, State of Florida, being known and designated as follows:
Parcel 1:
Begin at the NE corner of Block J I, Unit No. 1, Woodland Homes Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 9, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence West along the South R/W of Bowers Street (Woodland Boulevard) a distance of 235.30 feet to a P.O.B.: thence continue West along said R/W a distance of 208.72 feet; thence South 0 ° 10' 00” West a distance of 208.71 feet; thence East a distance of 208.72 feet; thence North 0 °10' 00” East a distance of 208.71 feet to the P.O.B., being and lying in Section 25, Township 36 South, Range 18 East, Sarasota County, Florida, and containing 1.0 acre.
Parcel 2:
Commence at the Southeast corner of the Northwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 25, Township 36 South, Range 18 East; thence S 89° 49' 10” W, a distance of 274.90 feet; thence N 0° 17' 04” E, a distance of 330.67 feet for a point of beginning; thence continue N 0° 17' 04” E, a distance of 107.50 feet to the Southeast corner of the Brewer tract; thence West along South line of Brewer tract, 208.72 feet to the East line of the tract owned by Susan Marilyn Tyler; thence S 00° 17' 04” W, along said Tyler tract, 107.50 feet; thence East, 208.72 feet to the point of beginning. Being and lying in Section 25, Township 36 South, Rang 18 East, containing 0.51508878 acre more or less.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
