NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6, 2014, entered in Case No. 11-CA-053904 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for The Certificateholders CWMBS, Inc., CHL Mortgage Pass-Through Trust 2006-3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and Christopher Farrell; Dara M. Farrell; Capital One Bank (USA), N.A. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the June 6, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17 AND 18, BLOCK 892, UNIT 26, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 117 THROUGH 148, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
