UNIT 314, ROYAL HAWAIIAN CLUB CONDOMINIUM, PHASE II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1541, PAGE 679, AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS THE SAME ARE ESTABLISHED AND INDENTIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND THE PLANS ON FILE IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1100 PONDELLA RD, #314, CAPE CORAL, FL 33909; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com on June 6, 2014 at 9 am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
