AS TRUSTEE FOR FREDDIE MAC SECURITIES REMIC TRUST, SERIES 2005-S001, is Plaintiff, and GONZALO RUBIO, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 29 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
