NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 9, 2014, and entered in Case No. 36-2013-CA-051681 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo HomeEquity Asset-Backed Securities 2005-1 Trust, Home Equity Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-1, is the Plaintiff and Humberto Trevino, Linda Ellis, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Humberto Trevino, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 9 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
