NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 9 day of May, 2014, and entered in Case No. 36-10-052686, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and STACEE PELTZ KYLE D. PELTZ SAN CARLOS PARK CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 9 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1 AND 2, BLOCK 263, SAN CARLOS PARK, UNIT 19, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 371, PAGE 473, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
