YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Pasco County, Florida:
LOT 128, RIVER RIDGE COUNTRY CLUB PHASE 1, UNIT 2-A ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 78 AND 79 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 28163 U.S. Highway 19 North, Suite 207, Clearwater Florida 33761, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition. On or before 6-16-14
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
