Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Lot 660, Forest Hills, Unit Eleven, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Pages 15 and 16, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, a/k/a 5347 Flora Avenue, Holiday, Florida 34690
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash on June 25, 2014, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes (1979).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, IF ANY, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
