NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-002210-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS TRUSTEE FOR CIT HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2002-2, is Plaintiff, and JOYCE A. STANLEY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 46 OF KENT GROVES ESTATES, UNRECORDED PLAT OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
THE NORTH 150 FEET OF THE SOUTH 755 FEET OF THE WEST 510 FEET OF THE EAST 1010 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 25 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST. SUBJECT HOWEVER TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AND ACROSS THE WESTERLY 25 FEET THEREOF.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
