NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 30, 2014 and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-003334 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSMPS MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-RP2 is the Plaintiff and TRACY LEA DOWNARD; ROBERT FREDERICK TRIPP, SR.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CONSECO FINANCE SERVICING CORP., F/K/ A GREEN TREE FINANCIAL SERVICING CORPORATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 06/17/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
