NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-004171-XXXX-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Successor by Merger to ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc., Plaintiff and Patricia M. Fields, as Personal Representative of The Estate of John H. Fields, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on June 16, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 104, IN BUILDING J, OF CALIENTE APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5121, PAGE 1482, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
