NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 20, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-9379-WS-J2, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B. is Plaintiff and ADAM E. RENDALL; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ADAM E. RENDALL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT (S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3 and; TENANT #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 20 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 402, SEA RANCH ON THE GULF NINTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10 PAGE(S) 99 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
