NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 512012CA4273WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-HE1 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and Daniel Torres, Irene Pagan Torres a/k/a Irene Pagan-Torres and LVNV Funding, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 3rd day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 85 and the West 1/2 of Lot 84, Beacon Square Unit One, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 37, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Street Address: 4243 Newgate Ave., Holiday, FL 34691.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
