Final Judgment was awarded on July 23, 2013 in Civil Case No.:51-2012-CA-000374WS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-RFC1, ASSET-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff, and, BARBARA E. CAINE; JAMES D. CAINE; TIMBER OAKS COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on May 30, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
