Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated April 21, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 13-CA-011942, in the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein PALMA CEIA PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and WILLIAM M. WALL, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 108, Building A, of Palma Ceia Place, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 3743, page 563, and Amendments thereto, according to Condominium Plat Book 3, Page 24, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements as described in said Declaration appurtenant thereto, all in accordance with and subject, however, to all of the provisions of the said Declaration of Condominium of Palma Ceia Place.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 9th day of June, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
