NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 6, 2014, and entered in 13-CA-002726 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS LLC AS TRUSTEE FOR VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-NH, is the Plaintiff and MARC A. CASTILLO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARC A. CASTILLO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; RIVER BEND OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on May 30, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
