NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-020772, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and LON R. FISHBACK, JR.; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; LISA R. FISHBACK and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 4th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THE NORTH 245.00 FEET THEREOF AND LESS AND EXCEPT THE SOUTH 245.00 FEET THEREOF AND LESS AND EXCEPT ROAD RIGHTS OF WAY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
