NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 30, 2013 in Civil Case No. 08-CA-026923 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff and FRED POOL, ENRIQUE ALFREDO FERNANDEZ A/K/A ENRIQUE A. FERNANDEZ A/K/A ENRIQUE ALFRED FERNANDEZ, CRYSTAL JEAN GLASS A/K/A CRYSTAL GLASS, NORTH BAY VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., RIVERCREST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC, CITY OF TAMPA FLORIDA , JANE DOE TENANT IN POSSESSION, JOHN DOE TENANT IN POSSESSION, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ENRIQUE ALFREDO FERNANDEZ A/K/A ENRIQUE A. FERNANDEZ A/K/A ENRIQUE ALFRED FERNANDEZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRED POOL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CRYSTAL JEAN GLASS A/K/A CRYSTAL GLASS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of June, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 4, in Block 20, of Rivercrest Phase 2B2/2C, according to the Map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 96, at page 44, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
