NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 13, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-017647 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE9 is Plaintiff and AMANDA SMITH, AMANDA V. SMITH, EDWARD SMITH A/K/A EDWARD A. SMITH, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of June, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 38, Block 1, FOUR WINDS ESTATES, UNIT SIX, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 68, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
