Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 5, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as follows:
Lots 17, 18, 19, 26, 27 and 28, Block 9, MARJORY B. HAMNER'S RENMAH, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded on Plat Book 26, Page 118, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on June 23, 2014 at 10:00 AM. Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
