NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about April 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-016090 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, National Association, as Trustee, for Banc of America Funding 2005-7 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Lakeview at Calusa Trace Condominium Association, Inc, Marc Makholm, Todd N. Boder d/b/a Encon, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2206 OF LAKEVIEW AT CALUSA TRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15389, PAGES 553 THROUGH 678, INCLUSIVE, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 20, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE FILED OF RECORD; OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS AFORESAID; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
