NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6 , 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-13547-B of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein WTH OAKMONT MORTGAGE POOL 285, LP is the Plaintiff and LAKEVIEW AT CALUSA TRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ARIE J. GRINBAUM A/K/A A. GRINBAUM; OFRA GRINBAUM; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR PINNACLE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “A” RESIDING AT 18106 PEREGRINES PERCH PLACE APT. 210, LUTZ, FL 33558 AND UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “B” RESIDING AT 18106 PEREGRINES PERCH PLACE APT. 210, LUTZ, FL 33558 are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10AM EST on the 24 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 5210 OF LAKEVIEW AT CALUSA TRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 15389, PAGES 553 THROUGH 678, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE FILED OF RECORD; AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 20, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS AFORESAID; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
