NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Case No. 2013-CA-014969, in which U.S. HOME OWNERSHIP, LLC, is Plaintiff, and Jose Taveras, The Independent Savings Plan Company, Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC, Chase Bank USA, N.A., c/o The Corporation Trust Company, City of Tampa, c/o Ernest Mueller, Unknown Spouse of Jose Taveras n/k/a Ofelia M. Ulloa and any and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described, the Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot 12, and the North 1/2 of the closed alley abutting thereon, Block 8, Corrected Map of Springhill Addition, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 26, Page(s) 15, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
A/K/A: 1109 E. Humphrey Street, Tampa, FL 33604
Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 am on the 23rd day of June, 2014, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
