NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 27, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-001116 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEWYORK, AST TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-13 is Plaintiff and NICK HAGIVRETAS, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST A SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, DOVE INVESTMENT CORPORATION, GE MONEY BANK, A CORPORATION F/K/A GE CAPITAL CONSUMER CARD CO AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO MONOGRAM , TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, TENANT #4, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NICK HAGIVRETAS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12th day of June, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 2 and the North 67.65 feet of Lots 1, 26 and 26-A of Block C-1 of TEMPLE TERRACE ESTATES, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 67, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
